This will be accomplished through a 3-Tier, multi social and economic model that includes various revenue streams, cost offsets, government partnerships and philanthropic activities. This model can be scaled from single units to full-service resort and further it can be scaled to sustainable/net-zero/regenerative and fully functioning eco-village and green neighborhoods.

 

Our aim is to bring the human population to strive and to live in a socially and environmentally sustainable manner, to practice voluntary simplicity, and to cultivate meaning, life satisfaction, and fulfillment.

In addition to direct revenue and cost savings opportunities, there will be peripheral revenue streams, including but not limited to merchandising, education, events, and intellectual property.

 

As the project scales the revenue streams and positive impacts multiply. The profitability and sustainability is inherent in the model and will evolve as the model does. These initiatives can grow to become a network, connect affiliations and even have franchise aspects.
